Keller, Peggy Frederick, 52, was fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended) for the amended charge of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater (first offense). She was originally charged with DUI (second offense). She was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Sams, Eric Marcus, 20, was fined $50 for following too closely. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Foster, Levi Jay, 31, was fined $500 ($400 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended) for driving a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Koffler, Gregory Thomas, 57, was fined $1,050 ($950 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended) for driving on a closed trail or road on state land. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Davis, Anthony Francis, 38, was fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended) for the amended charge of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater (first offense). He was originally charged with DUI alcohol (first offense). He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Wiley, David Elliot, 29, was fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (179 suspended) for the amended charge of DUI alcohol (first offense). He was originally charged with aggravated DUI (second offense). He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Collier, Bryan John, 46, was fined $550 ($200 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (176 suspended) for driving a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Jackson, Marlene A., 59, was fined $50 for careless driving. She was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Porrazzo, Sarah Desiree, 29, was fined $20 for a seatbelt violation. She was also assessed $100 in court costs.

Caughey, Joseph Allen, 29, was fined $4,000 ($2,800 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (173 suspended) for DUI alcohol (second offense). He was assessed $85 in court costs.

Clary, Dustin R., 34, was fined $50 for operating a vehicle upon a public highway without license plates. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Starr, Timothy James, 36, was fined $50 for having insufficient personal flotation devices. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Toste, James, 61, was fined $20 for a seatbelt violation.

Ashley, John Gilbert, 55, was fined $50 operating a vehicle with an expired registration (failure to reregister) and $20 for a seatbelt violation. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Taylor, Jeremy Kenyon, 41, was fined $50 for operating a vehicle with an expired registration (failure to reregister). He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Hawkins, Roberta Rogers, 54, was fined $20 for driving 70 mph in a 60 mph zone. She was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Benson, Ashley Dee, 18, was fined $50 for driving 85 mph in a 65 mph zone.
