Toupe, Leroy Francis, 34, was fined $1,000 ($900 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (179 suspended) for the amended charge of partner or family member assault (first offense). He was originally charged with partner or family member assault (second offense). He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Raymond, Steven Douglas, 28, was fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) and sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended) for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater (first offense). He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Roach, Randal David, 55, was fined $300 ($100 suspended) for the amended charge of reckless driving. He was originally charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .04 percent or greater (commercial) (first offense). He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Freeman, Jeffrey Douglas, 32, was fined $2,050 ($1,750 suspended) for unlawful possession/shipment/transport of game fish/bird/game or furbearing large-game. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Spenner, Daniel Kurt, 58, was fined $50 for operating a motor vehicle with expired registration – failure to reregister. He was also fined $560 ($200 suspended) and sentenced to two days in jail (suspended) for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance (second offense). He was also assessed $60 in court costs.

Gray, Ryan Michael, 36, was fined $20 for a seatbelt violation and $250 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance (first offense). He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Pandolf, Thomas Peyton, 50, was fined $50 for failure to drive to right of roadway except when passing. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Lamb, Shelbi Kay, 23, was fined $50 for improper passing in a no-passing zone. She was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Winkler, John Andrew, 40, was fined $20 for a seatbelt violation.

Pierre, Travis Wayne, 29, was fined $20 for driving 60 mph in a 50 mph zone. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Radke, Catherine Denise, 46, was fined $20 for driving 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Ranel, Lee Dale, 53, was fined $20 for a seatbelt violation.

Connolly, Mariah Ann, 38, was fined $50 for operating a vehicle with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Knutson, Eric, 67, was fined $50 for improper passing – highway ahead obstructed. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Beard, Paul F., 54, was fined $50 for driving 67 mph in a 50 mph zone. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.

Beagles, Eden Marie, 21, was fined $500 ($350 suspended) for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Taylor, Teddy Joe, 45, was fined $500 ($350 suspended) and sentenced to two days in jail (suspended) for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also fined $510 ($250 suspended) for criminal possession of dangerous drugs – marijuana (60 grams or less) (first offense). He was also assessed $160 in court costs.

Nordberg, Trey McKenzie, 23, was fined $600 and had his driver’s license suspended for 180 days for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater (first offense). He was also assessed $85 in court costs.

Denny, Darrol Glen, 62, was fined $100 for setting a fire or burning within a forest, range or cropland without a permit. He was also assessed $35 in court costs.
